“They can not provide a simple quote estimate of installing a 50 amp breaker. They usually means they trying to over charge, and manipulate you in person (especially if they elderly, and/or may not know better). I had to move on to some one local with real experience. Even a manager couldn't help. Reputable places will transfer you to a Master license electrician on the call if needed. Proceed with caution. - 50 year old Home owner in Katy. (with multiple properties in the Katy West Houston area). This company just heard my voice and assumed I was a tenant. 🙄 Even if someone is a tenant, they deserve to be respected as a potential customer. Common sense will also tell you, that "tenants" don't usually call to gets quotes for adding 50 amp breakers when installing a swim Master spa and/or swimming pool equipment. No worries, I was able to call several local Katy electricians, get quick quotes and have service completed. All within the same day. 🙂”

“Hi, had some minor worked on including replacing two outlets and having an EV charger installed. I have to say I was very impressed with my technician Fernando and his willingness to work with me. I also appreciate that there was no dispatch fee so if I didn’t agree to the work, I wouldn’t be out $75 which is what another company was proposing. The electrician didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had and was very patient. I feel better paying a couple dollars more than using a handy man or just some guy that could do it cheaper. He took the time to review my concerns and inspect not only the breaker, but my complete electrical system. He found some notable concerns, that we were able to address.
