“The workmanship is top notched and was completed in a short amount of time. - Satisfied - However, what led to a big problem for me was not having a quantity of each item called out in the estimate. Or putting all items the customer is expected to supply on the invoice as well…especially when it was discussed this the customer is trying to cut cost (in this economy). This miscommunication ended up costing me an extra $50 that was not in my budget… -PROBLEM HAS BEEN RECTIFIED-”
