“…. You get one star. Just one. Because I called to set set up an appointment for them to come out to look at my old unit to see if it could be repaired or replaced. Also to see how much it would be to install a new outlet to breaker box. The quiet man on the phone said they’d come by the next day. I asked what time and he couldn’t give me a time. Waited all day… so I call them before 4pm to see when they would be by and the man forgot about coming out to our house. For some reason I asked him when he could come out still and he said tomorrow around 2-3pm. I confirmed it over the phone with him, for him to say “don’t hold it to me”. The next day I never seen or heard from them. Been in business since 1949???? No idea how. If they couldn’t make it then they could have just said so”

I have always been treated with courtesy by the staff and by the owner. I was present when the owner did a huge favor for a widow and was impressed with his kindness.”

He called me while my phone was dead, when I called back he basically told me that 7:30 AM the next day was my only option because he tried to reach me an hour before. I said that 7:30 is not gonna be ok for my family but I guess I have no choice! Whatever is best for them!! Find someone who is willing to do what’s in the favor of the customer, not the other way around.”
