“Had this company come look at an issue we were having with our 2 back rooms with electricity. They came and looked at it but couldn't tell us what the issue was without gearing up and getting fully into the attic. Waited 3 days for a quote, to which we never received one. Then when I called he didn't even remember coming to the house until I mentioned my husband's name. Then he said he quoted my husband 3k which needed 1500 down to start the job. Even though he had no idea what the problem was. We ended up going with a different guy and he figured out the problem and had it fixed within the first hour of him being here. Just very unprofessional and extremely expensive especially when the issue was a simple cable that ran to the box from one of the bedrooms. Fixed all issues once that was switched out. Saved almost 2600 with not going with this company”
