“I was referred to Richard by a neighbor in the Canyon Springs Ranch subdivision (Ingram/Hunt) Texas who had very good prior service. My need was to electrify a Pergola in my backyard using existing wiring that was connected to a old AC unit/House (removed years ago). Richard recommended I take lots of photos and email them prior to his visit so he could be well acquainted with the request. Richard was on time and replaced the wiring, installed a new breaker, added a code compliant cover and fixed the GCFI that was wired incorrectly. His prices were very reasonable and I am very grateful for the introduction and I plan to use his company on a few other projects after the holidays. Second project completed February 25, 2026. Remove the wires mounted to the side of the house and put them underground. Re-wired the breaker panel so it is no longer looks like a disorganized "birds nest". We live in a home built is 1975. Approximately 40-50 years ago someone decided is would be easier mount conduit and wires to the side of the house rather than bury them. Take a look at what Richard did for us. We are very grateful. Professional workmanship, Very reasonable cost and completed the project in 4 hours.”

We sent him pictures so he had a good idea of what was needed for the job. He was on time and very detailed in understanding what we needed and the work involved. “Unprofessional service. The technician became verbally aggressive during our interaction and threatened physical confrontation. This is unacceptable behavior from a licensed contractor. I will not be using their services again and cannot recommend them.”

“I emailed this gentleman to have him run wire to a breaker box, from my water heater and replace the breaker. Because the wire that was in there was not the proper wire for the water heater that was installed. He said he would be by the next morning at 9:00 a.m. to take a look. A couple hours later I get an email asking for a couple pictures. I suggested that it would be easier to just show him when he comes in the morning. A short while later I get an email saying he can't help me. So all these good reviews about him, I don't know where they're coming from. Because he says one thing but does another. The only thing I can think of is that he said his prices are on the website. When I looked at the website, I could not find them and I just mentioned that to him. Is that why he decided he didn't want to help? Just really bizarre. Oh yeah, and then he has the nerve to tell me someone else to contact. Like, I would contact anyone that he would recommend, no way. If he's going to be that way himself, who knows what his recommendations would be like!”
