“Highly recommend! They are very neat, efficient, and reasonably priced. They’ve done a lot of updates in my house the last 2 or so years. I haven’t had any issues and trust their work.”

“Update: Was resolved by owner and done honestly. Situation was resolved. I had them come out to replace 2 exhaust fans. I did pick them out. They were installed and I had heat coming in from attic. They came out to “fix” it and it was worse. They didn’t want to fix it. So I had attic air seeping in my home for about 2 weeks or more. If they had told me the quote would be more to get it installed correctly. That would’ve been fine. Do not go with this company.”

“I called and had an appointment setup for the 2 April 21 at 0900 hrs. This appointment was made a week out to have a transfer box installed to connect my 12K portable generator to my home. At 0900 I called the office to verify that someone was coming out. I was informed that they were running behind on jobs from the previous day and they could not make it out. I understood the issue and asked to reschedule for another day. I was told that they would be at my house on Monday (5 April 21) at 0900 but no one showed up or called. At 0930 I called again to verify that someone was coming out and was told that yes my appointment was good and they would call me when they were on the way. At 1010 hours I received a text message on my phone informing me that my appointment was moved to 1200 hours and that Nathan Wilson and Dylan Shenefelt were the tech coming out. I waited until 1345 hours and no one showed up or called to tell me what was going on. At this point I felt that Amped Up Electrical Service does not need nor want my business. If you cannot trust the word of a business to show up at the appointed time and or keep you informed of changes, how can you trust them on anything else that they say. Therefore I will take my business somewhere else and I will not recommend Amped Up Electrical Services to anyone.”
