“On or about April 29, 2025, our installation was completed on our 22 kW Whole House Home Standby Generator and 200A Switch with aXis Technology model 100304. Our contractor was US Power Pros located at 29610 Nichols Sawmill Rd, Magnolia, TX 77355. US Power Pros are very professional and knowledgeable; US Power Pros did not hesitate to answer all our questions. Also, in November 2025 we received a Thanksgiving card via email from US Power Pros. We appreciated the card. Since owning the generator, we have had four power outages in Conroe, TX. We lost power on January 2, 2026, for approximately two hours, the longest outage we had was for approximately four hours in 2025. The 22kw Champion whole home standby generator powers up our approximately 2200 sq home (everything). It comes with an impressive 10-year warranty, and we are pleased with its performance and just knowing if there is a blackout or outage our house will be fully powered. We now have peace of mind when it comes to power outages. This unit will power our property even when we are away from it. Champion rating as No.1 on Consumer Reports weighed heavily on our selection of this product and it is a beast. We are fully confident in the quality of Champion products and the integrity behind their brand. “US Power Pros has been doing preventive maintenance on my Generac and as far as I can tell they have been doing a reasonable job. However during yesterday's inspection it was discovered that the external natural gas regulator is failing. US Power Pros wants $350 to replace the regulator. Online the regulator, on sale, is less than $30. Regular price less than $90. I suspect US Power Pros is attempting to rip me off...”

“After experiencing several long-term (and short-term) power outages since Hurricane Harvey in 2017, I knew that I wanted independence from the Texas Grid! From the moment that I met Johnny Wade in Sales, I knew that I was in good hands. He installed generators before he moved into Sales and Johnny was extremely knowledgeable and professional. While my 2,500 s.f. home only required a 22kw generator, I selected a 26kw Generac generator for a few hundred bucks more for additional capacity and efficiency. I also had the Generac installed on a 12" concrete platform because it can flood in Houston. Anu and Rylee were the Project Managers assigned to coordinate the installation and they kept me informed of every step in the process and they both were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Anu and Rylee were my project advocates and they made sure that the coordination with the installation teams was seamless. Ryan and JC were an integral part of the installation in addition to the plumbing and electrical teams and everyone was outstanding and extremely professional. I purchased a service contract in order for US Power Pros to monitor my Generac and perform maintenance at the required intervals. I also purchased a 10-year extended warranty which was well worth the additional expense for peace of mind. The Owner of US Power Pros even called me once all of the work was completed for feedback to ensure that I was a happy and satisfied customer! I am very pleased with the final product and I am relieved knowing that I will have uninterrupted power in the future.
