Capstone Electric LLC

Capstone Electric LLC handles electrical work for homes and businesses out of Kyle. Scott runs the outfit and handles service and repair calls along with panel upgrades, outlet and switch installs, new wiring, lighting, inspections, EV charger setups, and subcontract work for builders. The company covers the Austin area and nearby spots like Dripping Springs and Buda. Reviews name Scott, Steve, and Patti as the main people who show up and handle the jobs.

Customers call them for ceiling fan swaps, lost power after storms, commercial security installs, and adding outlets or switches. One job involved a tree branch that tore down lines to the meter box, where the crew restored service in a couple hours without overcharging. Other calls covered EV wall chargers run from existing breakers, patio lights and fans, and fixes to multiple switches during holidays. Folks note the crews finish clean, stick to codes, and leave everything working right the first time.

The shop stays open weekdays from seven thirty in the morning until four, with weekends off. Reviewers mention quick callbacks, on time arrivals, clear talk about costs, and fair prices that beat other bids by a wide margin. Work stays local to the Austin area and Hill Country spots, with teams that confirm times ahead and keep sites tidy after each visit.

“Scott, Patti, and the entire team at Capstone were terrific to work with. Their service was prompt and professional, and the pricing was very fair and reasonable. I'll absolutely be using them for any future electrical needs that may come up!”

“I’ve have used Scott previously in an electric issue we had, and he was extremely proficient in resolving the issue. I recently had lost power to the house from a large tree branch that ripped everything down to the meter box. In a panic I called another local company ( Tejas Electric), which wanted to charge $2400 for what Scott did in an emergency for approximately $2000 less. His team worked efficiently and I was up and running in just 2 1/2 hours. No price gouging, just honest dedication to the community. Highly recommended”

“Outstanding electrical install and repair outfit! Local small business, family owned and operated. Scott was very helpful over the phone providing recommendations and answering questions, and then scheduled work to be performed. Two electricians arrived on-time, performed the install and then cleaned up the area. Highly professional fit and finish. Will use again for future electrical jobs! A+++++”

“Steve came over during the holiday to install a ceiling fan, install a new outlet and repair a couple of switches. As usual, he called first to confirm the time. Great company. Great people. Have used them several times. Highly recommended.”

“It is rare nowadays to find a team that returns calls, shows up on time and delivers great service everytime at a fair price. Scott and his teams are always on target and will be our go to vendor for all electrical work at Dripping Springs Distilling. Thanks Capstone!”

“Awesome work, professional and showed up when scheduled.”

“We needed an EV wall charger installed in the garage. There was a 50A breaker on the other side of the wall but the charger needed to be installed straight on the opposite wall. We got a few wide ranging estimates but the owner Scott was straight, knowledgeable and honest. A few days later, two of his crew came by and within a couple of hours had the charger installed like pros. This is a perfect example where the owner has a very positive influence on the entire organization. Kudos to Scott his son and the entire group. We are very thankful for a job well done.”
