“I recently leased a Cadillac Lyriq and received an EV installation credit via Qmerit for up to $1,500. After completing their home assessment, I was matched with Industrial Electric and received a quote the same day! I called the installer the next day with questions and once I approved the quote I had received an appointment for the next morning between 8-10am. Mark and his associate showed up 8:00 am sharp the next morning and were quick to get the job done (less than 2 hours) and answered any questions I had about the installation. With their extensive knowledge and experience from numerous installs I was confident with their work. Since my charger hasn't quite arrived they assured me that as soon as it arrived they would return to finish the hook up. I would definitely recommend his company to others.”

He provided windows of time when he was available for calls, and we were able to video conference from my phone to plan out the conduit path in advance of them showing up for the install. “This business is horrible. Its basically one man. He was prepaid through Qmerit for an EV charger installation and essentially never completed the job. I have been waiting for over 2 months to have the job done and he never did it. He was trying to book me for another month out. That would be 3 months from the time I first tried to book with him!! He's unresponsive and not professional. He's a mom and pop unit tring to look like a big electrician company. I would definitely not recommend him and will recommend to Qmerit that they drop him from their list.”
