About

Led Es Electric operates as electricians out of Kyle, Texas, and has covered the Greater Austin area since 2018. They focus on residential work across neighborhoods like Plum Creek, Waterleaf, Steeplechase, and the older streets near downtown and Lake Kyle. The crew handles everything from basic repairs to bigger changes while coordinating directly with Pedernales Electric Cooperative on meters and permits. Homeowners in this fast-growing spot often deal with homes built in the last fifteen years that run on 200-amp service, so the electricians start with on-site checks before quoting flat prices up front. They stay licensed and insured in Texas and keep one clear number on every job rather than surprise charges later.

The team takes on panel upgrades, EV charger installs, lighting fixes, safety checks, and full service replacements in both new subdivisions and older homes. A technician named Jason King showed up on one project and used his know-how to keep things moving without extra headaches. Customers have called for help when outlets died or when they needed load calculations before adding a pool or battery backup ahead of freezes. The outfit manages city permits and PEC steps so the homeowner does not chase those details. They offer a no-cost evaluation first, then lock in the price before any wire gets pulled or breakers get swapped.

Reviews show mixed results that pull the overall mark down, with several homeowners pointing out sharp rises in monthly bills that hit two hundred dollars or more even when usage stayed flat, and frustration over PEC add-on fees that feel like a second bill. A handful of notes credit the crew for solid fixes on specific jobs, yet the pattern of complaints around costs and explanations lands the score where it sits. What Customers Say

Electric Bill has increased every year for the past 17 years. Now we have more months approaching $400 than not. According to them, it's my fault for "increased usage." Much to the disagreement of my wallet, I have spent the better part of the last two decades investing in energy efficient devices, to include the biggest users (refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioner.) Yet it hasn't made a dent to stop this rapid climb. The only thing we haven't done at this point is solar. Had a couple of instances where I need to speak to someone and got tired of waiting on hold, so I simply drove there. When I show up at the building, no one ever comes to the window anymore. When I go inside, I am met with an empty hallway of a room with a singular table and phone with a laminated instruction to call PEC. ***You read that right folks, you go to PEC property and no one will help you, you have to call them and wait on hold anyway.***

I agree and can confirm with the comments below My bill is just jumped dramatically in just a few months and I barely home.. nearly as doubled almost close to $200 for one person

DO NOT live in areas that use PEC. They are charging additional fees that have no connection to the electricity you use, and that fee is literally the price of an electric bill.. paying two electric bills in one..

My project is going great thanks to Jason King, his knowledge and expertise have made a world of difference.

I'm being way overcharged for someone who is just a single person and is never home. I've talked to my other neighbors and they're getting charged way less and they have way more people in their household. My usage is low and yet they're still price gouging my bills like crazy.
