Installation went very well - high praise for the crew, efficient and all completed in one day. Technician came the next morning and activated the system. Far as we can tell - working properly. As soon as the permits were obtained, installation was scheduled and my batteries were installed in one day. “Our system was delivered 33 days ago - it took 13 hours & 4 workers to install the 3 batteries on the garage wall. They finally left before 10 pm to get the workers dinner. Now we have received a second request from Apollo asking for a positive Google review, however, we do not have Permission to Operate (PTO) so we are unable to know if the system is working or not. The center box is 'hot to the touch' & it's 'merrily humming' away. I am dreading the next SCE electric bill... I forgot to mention the abandoned trash, food and the containers, bits of wire, plastic and nails. We did not know we would be responsible for 3 large wood crates secured with metal on wood pallets. We are seniors - Update to follow!!!!”
