Anson Electric Llc

Anson Electric Llc is the electrician outfit based in La Mesa. Since 2010 they have taken care of electrical needs across the area and the wider southern California region. Their trade centers on keeping power flowing safely in homes and businesses. Common issues pop up from old wiring or overloaded panels, especially with the weather swings that hit the region. They step in to handle the jobs that prevent bigger problems down the line. Folks around here count on reliable electricians to sort out daily power demands without unnecessary delays or mess left behind. Heat and dry spells add wear to systems fast, so steady maintenance keeps things from failing at the worst times.

They take on electrical control panel maintenance along with full repair and troubleshooting for circuits that keep tripping. Circuit breaker replacement and rewiring upgrades form a big part of the work when older homes need updates to handle modern loads. Installations cover ceiling fans, EV charging stations, GFCI outlets, light fixtures, and recessed lighting setups that add function without extra clutter. TV mounting comes up often too when homeowners want clean runs for cables. The crew shows up prepared, works through the steps in order, and leaves the site clean once the power tests out right. These tasks show up regular in the area because homes here run heavy on air conditioning and added devices that strain the lines.

Customers keep coming back because the electricians finish jobs on time without surprise costs or half done work. Quality holds up through the seasons and prices match the effort without padding. Clear talk from the first call lets homeowners know the plan and any options before anything starts. Speed on fixes like breaker swaps or outlet installs stands out when power issues hit during peak heat. That record of straight dealing and solid results adds up across the calls for panel checks and new wiring. DIRT Score 4.34 from 76 reviews on Finds.

“I honestly wasn’t sure about this company at first. I selected them based on their positive Yelp reviews and my initial email exchange with them was fantastic regarding the project I wanted completed. Then they were a no-show on the agreed-to appointment date. I wasn’t very happy about the missed appointment and immediately thought “typical contractor” but I reached out to their office and discovered it was an honest mistake where my previous email thread on Yelp regarding the appointment didn’t get on the schedule with the front office. Teresa was very quick to rectify the situation and was able to get an electrician out within a couple of days and even offered me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Great customer service and an immediate solution. I have now used Anson Electric twice and both times the electricians did a great job, they are friendly, show up when they say they will, and their prices are fair and reasonable. I’m so glad I didn’t let a simple scheduling mistake cloud my judgement because I’m very happy with their service and will use them again whenever I need an electrician.”

“I’ve used Anson Electric twice now and both experiences were excellent! I had extra outlets installed in my garage, and each time they were able to schedule me for the very next day. I really appreciated getting an exact appointment time instead of a time frame. It made planning much easier. Victor, the electrician, arrived early both times and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. His work was clean and high-quality, and everything looks and functions perfectly. I highly recommend Anson Electric to anyone needing electrical work done. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future electrical needs!”

“I recently purchased an older home with several concerning electrical issues and contacted Anson Electric for troubleshooting and remediation recommendations. They were quick to respond and demonstrated a high level of professionalism from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and they were flexible and accommodating with my availability. The technicians were knowledgeable, clear in their communication, and kept me informed throughout the entire job. All work was completed to my satisfaction, and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Anson Electric again for future electrical needs.”

“We recently had Anson Electric complete a large amount of electrical work in our home — adding recessed lighting, replacing several fixtures, repairing outlets and switches, and relocating a ceiling fan. Everything was done professionally, neatly, and exactly as promised. The team was responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth. We’ve already scheduled them to return for our main panel upgrade and EV-charger installation because we know they stand behind what they do. Highly recommend!”

“This is our second time working with Anson Electric and again we HIGHLY recommend David and his team! Just like the first time, we received the most positive and prompt response from David. He also gave us the best quote for the work to be done, and fit us into the schedule within a few days. Alonso was the electrician who was assigned to our project. He was punctual, courteous, patient and cheerful. He wore a mask and followed all safety precautions. He made sure he knew what we were envisioning, and explained and clarified what was to be done so we could make informed decisions before he went to get supplies. The recessed lights Alonso selected for the project were perfect and he made time to explain how we could change the settings if needed and how we could remove fixtures before we painted the ceiling. Alonso completed the work in record time, and even made time to put in an additional outlet that we requested at the last minute. He left everything clean and tidy and everything works perfectly! David and his team are not only really good electricians, they are also polite, positive and very professional. David is an honest, kind and understanding individual. He was available via text throughout the appointment and made every effort to answer all our questions and make sure all of our requests were accommodated. David and Alonso also went above and beyond to help us install backing and screw back patches of drywall when they learned we were going to be painting the ceiling ourselves. We are thrilled with our new lights and outlet, but especially appreciate the wonderful service we received!! We highly recommend Anson Electric and will definitely use them for all our future electrical projects.”
