“DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I was told it would be $199 for the tech to go onsite and provide a quote. Once the tech was there he told me it would be an additional $700 JUST TO GET AN ESTIMATE. $1000 for an ESTIMATE!!!! I have been calling asking for a refund since I told the technician absolutely not (they make you prepay for the estimate also by the way). I've called twice for a refund, was told a request was submitted (twice) and I have yet to receive a phone call or refund. This is a TERRIBLE company. For work, I call vendors for hundreds of properties around the US and I have NEVER had this type of prepay awful experience. DO NOT USE THEM. You've been warned.”
