GT Power

GT Power runs as an electrician outfit based in Lake Havasu City. They focus on residential, commercial, and solar electrical work. Licensed, bonded, and insured, the crew handles a range of jobs that come up in this desert location where heat and sun take a toll on power systems. Local homeowners and business owners turn to them for reliable help with panels and other core needs instead of dealing with unreliable setups that fail during peak summer months. The team stays ready for the common issues that hit this area like overloaded circuits from heavy AC use and wiring that wears out faster under constant exposure.

They install EV chargers, set up generators, do system repairs and upgrades, handle new construction wiring, and put in outdoor lighting along with solar panels. In Lake Havasu City the hot weather means lots of calls for fixing breakers that trip from constant cooling loads or replacing damaged lines exposed to the elements. Crews show up to sort out these problems with direct methods that get power back on without dragging things out. Homeowners here also need steady generator backups during outages and solar options that cut costs over time in a place with plenty of sunlight but tough conditions on equipment.

Customers give high marks for quick responses on repair calls, solid work that holds up through the seasons, fair costs that match what the jobs actually require, and straightforward talks about options without added confusion. Electricians in this trade face daily challenges from the climate that tests every installation from panels to chargers. DIRT Score 4.74 from 55 reviews on Finds.

“These guys are a pair of brothers who offered great service at a great price. Coming from someone who has no knowledge of electrical panels, they were kind and informative. They completed an on-site inspection, permit request and a full service panel replacement between Tuesday of last week to today (Wednesday). Not to mention how disastrous and dangerous the interior of my previous panel was! I can’t recommend them enough.”

“Quick estimate and scheduling by Gary and a great install job by Harrison. He wired in a switch and power for 2 sconce lights in the dinning room where there was no previous lighting. Fixtures were artsy Mexican punched tin, but without any provisions for mounting and he did a great job figuring out a way to mount them. I now have a little drywall / knockdown repair where wiring had to run, but couldn't be happier end result.”

“Gary and his co-worker Darren were amazing. They had many challenges when they got here and they met every one of them head on and resolved the issues. They are very knowledgeable, very friendly and very experienced. The price was more than fair and they offered us a veterans discount which was very nice. There is no doubt that we will use them again if we need an electrician in the future. We highly recommend GT Power for all your electrical needs. Good people, great outcome.”

“Gary was amazing! I chose him because of his great reviews and he did not disappoint! He made it possible to have an outdoor tv and fixed our ceiling fan. Reasonable prices and very responsive! He came out the morning after I called him...even on his daughters birthday! Highly recommend!!”

“Brandon moved switches and added outlets. Did a great job, very knowledgeable for his age and a Great attitude 👍”

“We called Gary to resolve an issue we were having with our smoke detectors. He arrived promptly was very courteous and took care of the problem. I highly recommend GT Power. Every time I have called for service Gary answers the phone, I have never had to leave a message even on a Sunday. He always arrives when he says he is going to and he is very courteous.”

“Gary is the man. We found Gary when we were in a pretty tough spot. Another contractor and completely jacked up our electrical and It was causing big problems. We called GT Power and Gary called us right back and came over later that day. He fixed the major issues right away and came back a few days later to do a lot more work. Gary is one of the few contractors we’ve come across in Havasu that doesn’t damage your house while working on it. We’ve used GT Power 3 more times to update the house and are always pleased with the work. Gary is a really stand up guy who stands by his word. We are honestly blessed to have found him and he made a really positive impact on our renovations. Thanks Gary!”

“After another electrician failed to show, I called Gary. He was extremely friendly and flexible. As it turned out, he was able to install 3 lights and 2 ceiling fans during his same day visit. Thanks Gary, not only do I HIGHLY recommend you, I will use you for all future electrical needs.”
