21 Ft Installations

21 Ft Installations handles electrical work from Lakeway, Texas. The crew installs chandeliers, ceiling fans, pendant fixtures, recessed lights, and string lights, along with smoke detector replacements. They also manage wallpapering, custom murals, wall printing, and artistic plastering. The business holds the TECL 40743 license and keeps 21-foot A-frame ladders, 40-foot scaffold towers, and a 44-foot scissor lift on hand for tall reaches. Russ and Ruslan lead most of the jobs that come through.

Homeowners bring them in for chandelier hangs in narrow entries with ceilings over 20 feet, smoke and carbon monoxide detector swaps on high surfaces, and ceiling fan installs in vaulted rooms. Russ has restrung chandeliers in foyers and replaced detectors where builders left them out of reach. Ruslan has mounted crystal chandeliers with smart switches, added recessed lights in tight spots, and hung heavy mirrors plus multiple art pieces. Other calls cover TV wall mounts with lighting, patio fans, and Ethernet runs for offices. The team sources missing parts instead of forcing a fit and finishes so the fixtures sit level and code-compliant.

They keep the shop open every hour of every day. Reviewers note calls get answered fast, with arrivals often inside an hour even at night or early morning. Pricing stays clear and reasonable for the height and access involved, and the crew cleans up before leaving. Work covers the Austin area, with steady updates during the job and no shortcuts on safety or fit. Russ and Ruslan show up on time, bring the right lifts, and stay until the power tests right.

The Google rating sits at 5 from 44 reviews. Common notes cover clean results on high-ceiling tasks, quick responses to emergencies, and steady honesty on costs across repeat jobs.

“Russ was great. He helped to replace my smoke and carbon monoxide detectors on a high ceiling in my house. He was nice and very fast.”

“We had an outstanding experience with this chandelier installation company from start to finish. Their pre-install consultation was incredibly thorough — they walked us through every detail and made sure the plan was safe, practical, and exactly what we wanted. You can tell immediately that they do not cut corners. During installation, they ensured everything met code requirements in accordance with their licensure, which gave us huge peace of mind. Our chandelier didn’t include the proper pipe, and they proactively sourced the correct part instead of improvising — a level of professionalism that really stood out. The install itself was no small task: very high ceilings with attic access required. They handled it with skill, precision, and care, leaving everything clean and perfectly finished. The chandelier looks stunning, and we feel confident it was installed the right way. If you want experts who prioritize safety, craftsmanship, and doing the job properly, this is the company to call. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Great service- Russ is the man! Quick, found the problem like a pro, and handled it. Had a chandelier in the foyer that needed to be restrung, looks perfect now. Thanks!”

Moreover, they are always completely honest, which is crucial for me. You can truly rely on them.”

“I would like to express my deep gratitude to Russ and his team for doing their job professionally and efficiently. They installed a crystal chandelier for me with a smart switch, and built 4 lights into our very high ceiling. Our family was very pleased with their services. I recommend.”

“Prompt efficient services at a fair price. Excellent workmanship. Installer took his time to do the job right (hung a 3'x7' painting). Highly recommend.”

“Ruslan was professional, knowledgeable, had all the right equipment, and cleaned up everything when done. He was meticulous when hanging multiple pieces of art and a very heavy mirror.”

“Came home from work to my smoke detector finally deciding it had enough. This is on a 20 ft ceiling and the builder couldn’t bother to put it in an accessible place. After calling around, to no avail, another electrician recommended these guys. Called the number and he was here within an hour or so and had it done and replaced quickly. The fact that he was willing to come out at 6pm and get this done for us so we didn’t go crazy was a lifesaver. Highly recommend if you have ridiculous ceilings. These guys are professional and worth every penny.”

“Very professional people. They did an awesome job installing high ceiling honey comb style lights for us and navigated well around all challenges presented. The end product looked amazing!”

“Amazing worksmanship and attention to detail. On time and very responsive. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent service and great value! 21 Ft Installations did an outstanding job installing our light fixtures and ceiling fan. The team was on time, professional, and clearly experienced — they handled a tall-ceiling setup quickly and safely. Pricing was transparent and very reasonable for the quality of work and attention to detail. They cleaned up after the job and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable and skilled installers in the Austin area!”

“Thank goodness that a business like this exists. I needed to install a chandelier that was 20+ feet high in a narrow entry. Spoke with two electricians that never got back with estimates because it was a clearly complicated installation. So happy to find 21-Ft. They were quick, professional and friendly. They make it look easy. Thank guys!!!”
