“We were purchasing a home in Horseshoe Bay that had a replacement system installed by Marble Falls Electric and AC in 2016. I called the company in an effort to establish what warranty might be left and was greeted on the phone by Kim. She couldn't have been more helpful actually calling me back give me additional information about the thermostat. She later emailed me all the warranty info. In a word....WOW! Despite not being "technically" a customer the attitude and helpfulness speaks volumes about the company and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to reach out again with any AC needs.”
