They would take pictures, tell me what they did ( made sure drain line cleared, checked fan, I can’t remember all the things they checked and explained to me). I appreciate their dedication and desire to make sure I understood. But today….Hayden spent less than 25 minutes total time to do the maintenance. When finished he came in and said “everything looks clean”, and left. No paperwork, no pictures on iPad, nothing, nada, zilch. I was kind of dumb founded. I didn’t ask about drain or fan or ask what he did check. I get the feeling not much of anything was done. I am very disappointed.”
