Solo immediately tried to troubleshoot over the phone to see if there was anything we could resolve without needing to send a technician. Once he determined we would need someone to come out, the technician, Sean, was at the house within 20 minutes and was able to replace the two outdoor plugs quickly and verified everything was working properly before he left. Very pleased with their service and friendliness of their staff. Will definitely use them again for any future electrical needs.”
