“Millers Service Co is the best. I'm very happy with their service through the years. Our upstairs AC went out over the weekend during a March hot streak. I called early on Monday morning and Patrick was scheduled and at our door later that same morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced a failed capacitor. Had us cooling off nicely in no time. I definitely recommend Millers. They have consistently done a good job for us with very professional, courteous service and at a fair price. Thank you!!”

I was told multiple times that I needed to wait for “Carl,” yet he never returned a single call. I had 48 homes ready for their team to install electrical service, but despite repeated attempts, they failed to follow up or communicate in any professional manner. Reliability and responsiveness are essential in this industry, and unfortunately, Miller’s Service Company has demonstrated neither. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them for any electrical or A/C work.”

“I attempted to use this business. They don’t know how to follow simple directions. They show up without calling, imposing upon my landlord. They can’t seem to make nor keep an appointment. They are unwilling to be flexible with their customers. They finally showed up after missing the scheduled appointment time that they grudgingly gave - and after my phone call having to remind them of the appointment - and replaced a part without any follow up to ensure that the repair actually worked. 24 hours later my cooler is sitting at 86 degrees and all they offered was to come remove the part that they installed. Don’t bother using these guys. They don’t know what customer service is. And they appear to be technically incompetent as well.”
