He took the time to thoroughly diagnose my AC issue instead of jumping to expensive conclusions, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and answered all of my questions without rushing. You can tell George has a lot of experience, and I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Excellent customer service from start to finish. If you’re looking for an HVAC technician who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and takes pride in his work, I highly recommend George and Silver State Refrigeration. Five stars all the way!”

“I called them out for a smaller job but same day they were coming found that my water heater was failing. They quickly priced my options and had a new water heater in the next day. Walter was very professional, incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. Monico came out the next day to put in the water heater and did a fantastic job and took care of the other smaller issue as well. That guy deserves a raise btw! I would recommend these guys to anyone. If I had one thing to add it would be to have a military/veterans discount to help out with the costs.”

“Roberto was great. Very knowledgeable and explained everything. He wouldn’t have had to be here at all if the installers did their job correctly or if the person who inspected the installation caught their mistake. Also, way too expensive. Also had their plumber Jacob come out. He was also knowledgeable and friendly. He told me he would have to come back tomorrow to do the service that I took off of work today for him to do. Then told me the price. I will be going elsewhere. 2 stars is probably too generous.”

“We have been customers of Silver State Refrigation for 13 years. We replaced our refrigeration unit and received a product that never had any problems whatsoever along with the yearly maintenance which there was never any problems. We had Sean come out last week to check the system for our yearly check-up and there was some rusting and wear on a few parts that we replaced. He arrived on time, wore covers on his shoes that was greatly appreciated, he was professional, courteous and got the job done in a very timely manner! Silver State Refrigeration is a very reputable company that stands behind their work and products. Their prices are very fair as well! We highly recommend them!!!”

“I spent a load of money, over $13,000, to have the air conditioning system replaced. When the install was done, the technician, stripped old pvc pipe that was being utilized for my water heater overflow and used it for the installation of the new AC system. This was obvious, because tubing from the water heater overflow was missing and old pvc was incorporated into the new install. I was very upset and contacted the General Manager Kevin, who checked the install and agreed with me concerning what happened. Kevin agreed to have it repaired properly, including new pvc everywhere, as well ass replacing the water heater overflow tubing. The same tech came out a second time, and replaced my water heater pvc, but did not replace the old pvc that had been used in the new install on the air condit”

“We have used Silver State with prior a/ c problems. We trust them. The two guys who did all the work were very friendly and went right to work. The price is crazy and I didn't buy the top models. Bottom line, it's working great, very quiet, cools the house down faster and I can sleep at night”

Although, no repairs needed at this time, her observations and suggestions for future preventive maintenance of the sewage lines for both home and main lines were superb. Long term maintenance care advice is in my opinion a sound plan that will save time, expenses, and hazzle. First plumbing company that strategies options based on experience with the best possible solutions. Highly recommend!”
