“TERRIBLE customer service. Tried purchasing equipment for our property and our order was cancelled not once, but twice because we are a HOTEL. Barbara with customer service was of no help and just claimed it was cancelled to avoid fraud. How is a reputable, WORLDWIDE company unable to purchase simple equipment? Its beyond me. Take your business elsewhere if you are a large company.”
