“I have a lot of bad things to say about this company. One star is too many. 1st. The first time they came, it was quick. They put up a pole and left. NOTE... I SAID QUICK... NOT CLEAN. A week later they came back to connect the electrical wires. 2nd. Obviously, they charge by the hour. I don't understand why they need four technicians to install power on a 4-meter pole. I was without electricity for more than five hours, and all they had to do was connect two wires and install a meter. Five hours... it's ridiculous just thinking about it. 3rd. They don't respect property. As you can see in the photo, they parked two trucks in my backyard without asking. They scratched the walls of my storage shed and left clumps of dirt that, when they dried, stopped my lawnmower. 4th. They don't notify you that they're going to cut off the electricity. I work nights, so waking up in the morning covered in sweat and not knowing why is really annoying. 5th. They spent from 7:23 a.m. until 2:17 p.m. literally just talking. I have a small child and fish that need oxygen and to be kept at the right temperature. Imagine if someone needed a ventilator... HIRE MORE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. It was just ”
