“We received a quote for a generac from storm guardians a couple months ago and decided to take our business elsewhere. The initial reason we took our business elsewhere was because the man we were talking to told us they don’t do itemized quotes “because there are too many variables”, seems to me like he just didn’t want to do any work because every other company we worked with had no problem doing an itemized quote. Later on we figured out that he quoted us for a generac that was too small to run our house as well as he put it on the side of the house where our AC system is and the exhaust was facing towards the AC system (not even a foot away from each other) so we would have had CO2 in our home. He had no clue what he was talking about, wasn't following the safety guidelines, and didn’t care about our safety at all.”
