About
Technical Automation Services Company handles electrical work for homes and small properties out of Seabrook, Texas. The coastal location means constant exposure to humidity and storms that damage wiring and panels, with salt air speeding up corrosion on connections and outlets. Crews here stay busy with the regular demand for repairs and upgrades that come from living near the water. They focus on getting systems running again without unnecessary holdups, since local homeowners deal with these problems often enough to need reliable help on short notice. Older houses in the area see plenty of panel and circuit strain from added daily loads, and the team knows how weather plays into those failures.
Their services include fixing outages, installing new lines, and addressing panel problems that show up in homes close to the bay. Staff members such as Tasha, Karen, Anna, and Angela handle calls at any hour for whatever comes up, whether it is sorting a breaker that keeps tripping or running fresh circuits to support more equipment. Customers like Brett Stilley have worked with them as a steady partner on jobs, while others noted quick responses to get power back after issues hit. The group steps in for standard electrical calls that pop up in Seabrook properties, keeping things moving when a simple fix or an upgrade is needed to avoid bigger headaches down the line.
Reviews show mixed results on how the crew treats people and handles jobs. Some customers praise the staff for staying kind, polite, and ready to help around the clock, which stands out when speed and communication matter most during outages. Others point out clear gaps, including one case of hostile language and repeated demands to leave that left a bad impression. Price and quality notes vary across the board, with the positive comments on availability not always matching every experience. This mix keeps the overall mark in the middle range. What Customers Say
“I received highly discriminatory treatment. Was met with hostility and derogatory language by one of the employees. If aggressively yelling to get one’s attention, and repeating “get out of here” repeatedly is an acceptable way to speak to anybody, then I wouldn’t give my business to such a place that allows this kind of toxic work culture to exist. To demean individuals based on confusing circumstances is unethical, let alone unprofessional. No doubt about it, I was disrespected in a way that correlates directly to my appearance.”
“Great employees! Staff is always kind, polite, and eager to assist anyway possible that might be needed 24/7. Tasha Karen Anna Angela”
“Great Partner to work with.”

“Terrible management the Mexican Foreman they're the worst and they don't even know nothing I don't even know why they have them in that position.”
