“Lee was fantastic. He came after hours the day our ac stopped cooling. He is extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and professional. He allowed me to ask questions, follow along and even stayed late to make sure all my questions were answered and allowed me to re-review the whole visit and next steps. He never once pressured me into a purchase but was honest on what he personally would and wouldn’t do at the time of service if it was his system. He told me what to watch for as signs of needing the next repairs as my system is over 10 yrs old. I highly recommended him and will be using Schneider Mechanical in the future.”

My fairly new heat pump system, which was installed by another company unfortunately, was not set up correctly. Richard went through the entire system and reset every setting to make it work optimally. My heater is now performing brilliantly!
