“If i could give them a 0 stars I would. Their services were included in solar panels we decided against. We called them to remove the appliances they installed, they said we had them for 3 years and then we could cancel. Now we've tried to cancel 5 or 6 times because we moved and couldn't even take the sensors or panel with us, and they told us no, we're locked in for 10 years and if we wanna cancel its 3 thousand dollars. My husband is a disabled veteran and they're taking advantage of someone on a fixed income who doesnt even have their services anymore. CRIMINALS! UPDATE: I HAVE CONTINUED TO TRY AND CANCEL AND STILL I AM MET WITH CRICKETS. BUYER BEWARE”

Robert took his time and made sure before he Installed any thing, that we were clear of the processes and if we had any questions. He was the best of the best Alarm technician that I have ever met. His coworker customer care person Ryan explained everything extremely well. Great in breaking down the details of the contract, and ask if we had any questions or concerns. One thing that stood out for me, was that Ryan was proud of the work that Robert does, and praise him for his good work. The two of them were the best. The best.”
