“UPDATE (7/5/2026): This may have been a good company once but they no longer are. They haven’t returned my calls or texts. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they didn’t bother responding to them in the 30 day period. If I could give THS Home Solar 0 stars, I would. I wish I had gone with a different company. They did the installation of my panels. The installation of my solar panels was quick, just a few days after I signed up. That was just before Memorial Day 2025. It took a month for the electric company to come out and inspect the installation. It failed the inspection. A tech was sent out and he “fixed” the issues and met with the inspector via FaceTime. The inspector came out again. I texted THS and asked how the inspection went. They said, “Everything is fine.” I waited for my electric company to come out d install the meter. Two weeks later, the inspector came back, looked at my system, and said nothing had been done. For the next six weeks, I kept asking THS to get someone out to fix my system. Finally, two months after failing the inspection, a crew came out and fixed my system. After inspection, my system connected to the grid just before Thanksgiving (November 2025). The next issue was that my system could not connect to the internet so it could be monitored. For the past six months, I have been asking them to send someone out to get my system connected to the internet. It is almost Memorial Day 2026 and I still have not gotten my system connected to the internet.”
