“Don't get these lights. I wish I had a better review but I don't. I had these lights installed on my home several years ago and for the first year they were great. Then I started seeing problems. Sections wouldn't light up, some lights would have the wrong color code, the bridge would completely stop working. I've had the lights serviced 4 times since having them installed, one of the most recent times requiring entire sections of lights to be replaced. The hardware for the power line was replaced. The SD card for the bridge was replaced. And entire sections are, once again, not lighting up. I figured these would be a sound investment both for convenience and safety as I have a tall roofline. The install process was seamless and Jude & Trevor even made sure I got the correct color light lens (they come in gray & white and gray worked best on our house). “After paying for all new gutters around our home we got a knock on the door regarding permanent lighting. It seemed like a good idea and we installed EverLights on our home. We were told it was a lifetime product. The system stopped working after about one year or less. We have spent months trying to get a response or help from EverLights, who takes no responsibility - won’t even come for a service call - and simply tells us to call a company they contracted with for the install. That company doesn’t answer either. I know others who are having this exact same issue with EverLights. My husband also finally left a bad review and the company owner simply sent the same number we have been calling and getting NO HELP from. This company and product feels like a scam.
