“This company truly lives up to its' name: ELITE Power Services! I filled out an online form with my contact information and was contacted by Peyton, one of the co-owners, within 24 hours. He set up an in home consultation and on the appointment date he communicated with me via text and arrived at the appointed time. Peyton answered all of our questions and helped us decide on the correct sized whole home generator. Peyton set up an install date a couple of weeks out. The next week we had a winter storm and received 6 inches of sleet on the ground that lingered for a week. I contacted Peyton 3 days before the install date thinking the storm had put them behind and our install date would moved to a later date.
