“This is the worst company I've ever had experience with! They were called out to my house for a plumbing issue I had. When they came out to fix the leak I was experiencing, (took them 8 hours to "fix" the leak) the very next day, the leak was still present. I called to notify them of the same leak, they then sent another plumber out, plus one of the same guys who previously worked on the leak. When I pointed out that the leak obviously wasn't fixed correctly, the guy who worked on the leak said, "Oh this is something new." I said, how could this be something new, this is the leak you were supposed to have fixed previously. I called the office back again, they still wouldn't come back out to fix the leak. Not only did they not fix this leak, which they were paid to do, they also caused more”

“I’ve used this company for water heater I installation and refrigerator repair. They were polite, they notified you if they were running late, they communicated with you via text or phone. Customer service was great! I’ve u redacted with both Carl and Tony.”

“This company is extremely rude. Andrew who is the manager and Joe who answers the phone are extremely rude to their customers. I waited almost two weeks for them to send a technician out and once the technician left he had not resolved the issue. He informed his company that he installed a part which in fact was not installed. I immediately called the company wishing a 10-15 minute time span to inform them that my appliance was not working and begged for the technician to come back due to already waiting 2 weeks and they declined. They even offered I could call another company due to it being another two weeks before they come back. This is very poor customer service. And the way the manager and employee speaks to customers is extremely rude.”

“Called Intertech to come out to my house, I had a water leak, the guys (Conway and David) got to my house a little early for the appointment, after we talked for a short while about the problem, they started working to resolve my problem, they worked diligently to resolve my problem, had to dig deeper into the issue more than we thought they were going to, but in a short amount of time, they had me fixed up, cleaned up after the job, even double and triple checked before they left to make sure I was completely taken care of!!!! this was the BEST experience I've ever had with a Service company of any kind. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Intertech for any repair you might need!!! Thanks again guys!!!!”

“Installed a new hot water heater with raw exposed pipes, running down the street side of our home. They just ignored the original stealth camouflaged, installation that was present, and drilled right thru the side of our home. The original install had the pipes protruding thru the crawl space vent. This is obnoxious, primitive, and poor workmanship. They must hire the lower qualified techs right out of plumbers college.”

“Intertech was assigned to us by our home warranty. Our technician, Tony Boyd, was amazing! He was so kind and professional! He was so patient, and took the time to check all the issues and fix them properly. He even found some other important issues that needed to be addressed that we had missed. He went above and beyond to make sure every issue with our dishwasher was fixed, looking and running like new! Including fixing an issue that those who installed the dishwasher didn’t do properly when it was installed. I can’t thank Tony enough, and the whole team at Intertech! Everyone I spoke with one the phone was so kind and courteous too! I highly recommend Intertech for home repair needs!”

“I had a horrible experience with them. Called for an Electrical problem on a Wednesday afternoon they request an $172 so send someone to see the issue the next day. They apparently send someone over Thursday morning, not sure if they went or not. Called that same day in the afternoon to get a quote told me they’re working on it. Called them again later on the afternoon they told me they’re about to finish getting me the quote. Didn’t hear nothing from them until Monday. By that time I had already found another company who gave a quote instantly and got the job done quickly. Also, better communication skills. I won’t recommend Intertech i don't think they’re trustworthy neither reliable for an important assignment.”

“The plumber we had was named Casey. He was very kind and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. Casey did an outstanding job!!!!! The people in the office were outstanding. I recieved text to remind me of when the plumber would be arriving and also a phone call the morning of in which Casey arrived promptly thereafter. I would rate this company five stars out of five stars. I will use this company from now on for all my plumbing needs. thank you all so much!”

He was sent to repair my freezer but also took the initiative to tighten the handles on my refrigerator that he noticed were loose.
