“I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. This company advertises that they are available 24 hours, but when I called for assistance with my AC, my calls were repeatedly disconnected before I could even speak with anyone. After several attempts, it appeared that my number had been blocked, which I find very concerning considering I never had the opportunity to explain my issue or speak to a representative. If you’re going to advertise 24/7 service, customers should be able to reach someone for help. Being hung up on multiple times and then seemingly blocked is unprofessional and unacceptable. Based on my experience I give 0 stars but I had to leave 1 star just to make the review, I would not recommend this company.”

I live in Lockhart, the same Zip Code as their "Austin" location. Reached out via their chat system to get some plumbing help and they said that I'm out of their service area!! I am literally 3 miles away! I even doubled checked if it was a matter of them only doing electrical at that location or something, but "Michelle" confirmed they provide no services at all to 78644.
