Gregg Industrial Insulators, Inc

Gregg Industrial Insulators, Inc works as electricians from their base in Longview, TX. They take on multi-craft industrial services for power generation, petrochemical, refining, gas processing, and pulp and paper plants. The outfit plans, supports, and responds to what customers need even when things get complicated out in the field. They focus on areas like heat tracing that ties into electrical work along with other industrial tasks. Homeowners and plant operators around here deal with tough weather that knocks out systems fast, so these crews step in to keep operations running without long shutdowns.

They handle jobs such as fast material unloading on site, solid electrical and related craft work on industrial setups, and hiring for roles like painters who work next to the electricians. Crews show up for heat tracing installs and fixes that keep pipes from freezing or overheating in the Texas climate. One customer noted quick unload times during deliveries, another said the work turned out good on their project, while a third pointed out solid pay and steady job types available for those who want in on the crew. They move between scaffolding support and electrical tracing without dragging things out.

Customers give mixed feedback on how fast the crews finish tasks, the quality of the electrical and insulation tie-ins, and the prices charged for the work. Some praise the direct communication when schedules shift on big sites, but others call out issues with how the team handles people on the job. The low overall marks come from those inconsistent results across speed and reliability on different calls. DIRT Score 2.94 from 15 reviews on Finds.
