When he tells you he will come out first thing in the morning, you better believe he will do it. Even when we ran into a bit of a snag, with incorrect parts sent to him, he made sure it was fixed quickly and at no additional cost to me. Unfortunately for me I first called on East Texas Signs to fix my issue. After a few months of them not being able to fix the problem, I am still waiting on them to "get their truck fixed" so they can come fix our sign... someday....I think I'll just stick with Sign Man!!!”
