“We got multiple quotes on installing our EV charger. Not only was this the most reasonable quote, but they were also the most professional, clear, and easy to work with. They communicated effectively, showed up when they said they would, worked quickly, and arranged all the inspections without any effort.”

“Manny was a phenomenal electrician. He came out to solve one problem, but made time to check out two other issues. He also highlighted some potential future issues and fixed those as well! Very happy with 2M Electric and plan on using them every time!”

“Overall service and communication was decent. I asked for a service report from the manager and the technician about 4-5 times (from when the service started to 2 weeks after). It was always promised but never sent. Technician was nice but definitely did not pair the lightbulb color correctly (specific type of orange/yellow) and was noticeably frustrated when they returned to try to put in the right color (which was still noticeably not the right color). The issue mainly being LED and iridescent even though I asked for iridescent so the colors would match. They put in LED again the second time. There were further services offered but price was high (likely their service minimum or something) for changing a couple of lightbulbs. Really bummed out about their follow-through rate considering how many 5 star reviews they have.”
