“I lost power to my GFI plugs on each side of my kitchen sink and the plugs below the sink for the disposal and dishwasher. I replaced the GFI plugs but they still didn't work. I ran some tests and I was getting some weird voltage numbers. At this point I concluded I needed professional help and found Daniel at Bingo Electric on Google. Daniel responded immediately and said he could help. I scheduled an appointment and Daniel showed up on time and got to work. As soon as Daniel showed up we flipped on the breakers and the GFI's seemed to be working but Daniel continued to test for voltage issues and concluded something didn't seem quite right. Daniel persisted in his efforts to understand the issue and then inspected the main electrical panel which is quite old. Daniel dug through the mass of wires in the panel and discovered that a neutral wire had come loose and had been arching to the point that it burnt off the wire insulation. Very high risk of a fire. Daniel replaced a section of the wire and we were then good to go. He advised that I should consider upgrading the old panel in the near future. Daniel knows his craft, is very articulate and clearly explains his conclusions. I was impressed with his quality of service and I will definitely be using him again.”
