About
Bud Anderson Home Services LLC operates out of Lowell, TX and centers its work on electrician services for homes in the area. The company handles electrical tasks as one part of its overall home repair lineup that also includes cooling and heating work across nearby parts of Northwest Arkansas. Crews respond to calls about wiring problems, panel upgrades, and fixture replacements in both older properties and newer construction around Lowell. Local weather with hot summers and occasional storms often leads to overloaded circuits and tripped breakers that need quick attention from experienced hands familiar with Texas conditions.
Electricians from the company take on jobs such as running new circuits for air conditioning units that draw heavy power during peak heat, fixing grounding issues in houses hit by lightning or surges, and updating outdated fuse boxes in established neighborhoods. They check outlets, light switches, and whole home wiring to prevent safety risks that come from years of use plus humidity. Homeowners in Lowell frequently need help adding dedicated lines for workshops or kitchens where appliances pull more current than old setups can manage. The crew works methodically through each job, testing connections and making sure everything meets code without cutting corners on materials.
Customers note the crew arrives on time, explains options in plain terms, and completes fixes that hold up without repeated visits. Reviews highlight steady quality in the finished work, reasonable costs that match the scope described upfront, and clear updates throughout each project. This pattern shows up across a large volume of jobs where speed and straightforward communication keep things moving. DIRT Score 4.78 from 8035 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“This started small and became a larger issue that I was pretty certain that we were a year or two away from anyway. Had a simple Pressure Reducing Valve go bad at my household shutoff valve. It was located in an area that was inaccessible (to a novice like me), and we were concerned with the damage that could potentially occur to other household appliances and fixtures. Very quick response from the agent on the phone (I want to say that her name was Wendy). She contacted a tech who responded within about 40 minutes! The tech, Zack Reed, confirmed that the PRV was indeed defective and that he could replace it. He also confirmed my fear that the water heater, which was 20 years old this year, would likely fail soon, and gave me a very complete list of options with prices. As I’d always ”
“Ruben was super nice and explained everything. He was able to identify the problem quickly too. Curtis was very nice and informative. We ended up going with a new hvac system because our A coil on last system went out and we were told it was outdated, and only a year warranty on the part if we chose that way. It cost a lot, we have 10yr warranty on labor and parts, and the job was done. Have included pictures of finished job inside. Will include outside pictures soon. Installer told husband to frame in furnace so to hide the hole left behind. The black pipe hanging is fresh air intake pipe, final install says it is suppose to sit unconnected like that. Curtis did bring a grill grate on his visit for us to install to cover hole👍🏼”
“I contacted Bud Anderson to have my AC system inspected because I was experiencing inconsistent error codes on my thermostat and the system was not operating properly. The technician who came out was very thorough, professional, and courteous during the visit. However, after completing the inspection, I was told that repairing the system would cost at least several thousand dollars and that the recommended solution was to replace the entire system at a cost of approximately $8,000. As a single mother, that is a significant financial burden. I spent weeks stressing over how I would afford such an expense, especially knowing that my son and I would be facing the hottest months of the year without reliable air conditioning. During that time, we experienced several very uncomfortable days whil”
“So thankful for Bud Andersons quick response in sending our Electrician out same day for an emergency. Grayson Corbin showed up, quickly assessed the situation and gave us transparent and clear pricing. We had an exposed main electrical line and he called out the danger and worked with his team to prioritize getting it fixed within 24 hours of the initial emergency. He was respectful, efficient and transparent in his work. We have now become subscribers of Bud Anderson and have canceled other services because they are a one stop shop.”
“It was quick, expensive compared to competitors and corners cut. The speed at which they delivered was good. I had initially contacted another company as I had heard good things about them. They forwarded me to Bud Anderson, which I had been warned about. So I let the guy come out and measure everything to give me an estimate. I was sold, because of how quick things were going to move. I needed a new unit. I knew it. So from start to mostly finished it was merely two days. They did it early on a Satruday. For the expense compared to other companies I have since talked to, they should have done a perfect job. They compacted a lot of insulation around the unit in the attic. Which renders it less effective. They did not do a good job taping the unit in the attic. Very rough and likely small a”
“Jose was amazing! I couldn't believe how quick they got the old system out and the new installed. He explained what he was doing and was so very polite. They cleaned everything up and left us cool after several hot days. Thank you so much!”
“This company came to service out home AC unit this morning. Quoted us $289 per pound of freon, said we may need 6+ units. Recommended we purchase a new unit. Quoted a thermostat for $279 plus installation. We paid the service call and called another company. The A frame condenser needed cleaned ,a new thermostat was installed. We paid $270 to other company for total service and AC works great now. Do not recommend this company tries to take advantage of senior citizens. Shame on them.”
“Friday night on Memorial day weekend the power to half our house went out. Called Bud Anderson Saturday morning and they had Dwayne at our house around 2 that afternoon. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He helped us with a temporary repaire until they could get the electric company to schedule in for a full repair. Overall, he was amazing to work with and we will definitely work with him in the future.”
“Chance at Bud Anderson was FANTASTIC!!! Fixed my issue quickly, great person, and did a great job. We’re going to be lifelong Bud Anderson customers now”
