“Rude, was definitely looked down on as a woman. When I asked what the issue was they told me google it or have my father call them. Would not tell me anything but made me pay 275, when I was quoted 125 an hour, already outrageous, they were here for less than hour and used like 2 caps and a tiny but of wire. Definitely will be overcharged and treated badly if you use them”

“I waited for 3 hours before the individual showed up at the appointment time. He could not locate the problem and called Lubbock Power and Light even though I told him they had already come and checked everything on our meter and transformer. LPL technician spent two hours checking everybody's meter and transformer in the back alley. Eventually, the LPL technician came to our backyard and located the problem on our circuit breaker. It took the individual 15 minutes to fix it. He charged us $275 (2 hours plus). He has never given us a receipt as promised.”
