Sitepro Inc
Electrician · Lubbock, TX
About
Sitepro Inc works as electricians based in Lubbock, Texas. They take on electrical jobs around the city and surrounding areas where storms and high winds often cause power problems for homes and businesses. Local conditions include frequent hail that can knock out lines and equipment. Electricians here deal with wiring repairs and setups for industrial spots tied to oil fields and farms. The crew handles calls for outages and installations that keep things running despite the tough weather patterns common to the region. Homeowners and operators face repeated issues with panels, lighting, and connections after bad weather moves through the flat plains.
Technicians from the company head out to job sites for electrical troubleshooting and control work. One customer noted they drive hours to reach remote locations but arrive late and spend time on calls with engineers instead of getting straight to the fix. Another mentioned cases where tools got left behind, forcing extra trips, and software got used on site in ways that did not resolve the actual electrical problems. In Lubbock they also see requests tied to storm recovery like restoring power after hail damage or checking systems at industrial yards. Work often involves basic repairs mixed with attempts at remote monitoring setups that fit the local oil and agriculture needs.
Feedback shows mixed results on speed since arrivals run behind schedule often enough to draw complaints. Quality draws criticism when issues stay unresolved or tools are missing on arrival. Communication comes up as a weak point with technicians tied up on calls rather than explaining next steps to customers. Price details stay limited in reports but overall patterns point to room for better follow through on site visits. DIRT Score 3.42 from 11 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Some of the worst service in the field for technicians that I've ever experienced, always late, always on the phone talking with some engineer, will drive hrs to come to site and then have forgot tools. They'll even use the software to mask or hide issues on site rather than provide an appropriate fix. These guys are also horrible at following safety rules, hard hat, boots, safety glasses. They show up on site looking like they're on vacation. I strongly recommend not purchasing any kind of product or entering into any agreement with these used car salesman. They make promises they can't keep.”
