My hair dryer kept tripping the breaker they fixed the issue. Tom and the other electrician explained everything to me in simple clear terminology. Even cleaned up where they worked. “I hired Buck’s Electric LLC and Tom Buckles came out to assess electrical work I needed done. I clearly explained that I was having the work reviewed and that I was in the process of applying for a permit with the town. He accepted $300 to evaluate the job and provide documentation outlining what needed to be corrected. However, when the town later contacted him regarding the permit, he stated that he knew nothing about the job. This was extremely concerning and unprofessional. Additionally, I received a phone call from him during which he was yelling, and his demeanor was inappropriate for someone representing a licensed business. The interaction felt hostile and highly unprofessional. As a young entrepreneur trying to handle things properly and go through the correct permitting process, this experience felt dismissive and exploitative. I expected transparency and accountability, especially after payment was made. I would advise others to proceed with caution”
