“Overall work quality is excellent. The problem is that they do not communicate or deliver in a timely fashion. They were scheduled to have my repair completed a week from troubleshooting. It turned out to be 2 weeks after diagnosis and it seemed to be no big deal to them. In addition, they were supposed to do an oil and filter service that I spoke to the technician about and it was not done. Very friendly service person, Derrick but just not happy with their communication and ability to follow through with their set time frame on repairs.”
