“This company deserves my 5 star review. The tech that they sent out the same day was Mitch he was prompt courteous and knowledgable. Turns out I need to replace my compressor.”

They were respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. “So I live in an apartment building in Ellis County, Texas and impact was the one who came in to get my AC back up and running because over the weekend of September 20 my air went out. So they came in and then the decision was made to install a new unit so on Tuesday the old unit was tore out and on Wednesday they were to put a new unit in. However, upon Checking the manager found that they had put in an old unit from 2015. It’s like why would you even do that if you’re a reputable company so fast-forward to Thursday when they tear that unit out that they just placed in, They then install the new unit and left by 5:00 PM. Later that night at about 745, the unit starts pouring water my floor looks like it has a little river flowing through it. So they’re called by the office to come back out on Friday which they did and we go through all of this again. But with it being a new unit, none of our on-site maintenance can touch it because it’s still under warranty with Impact So impact mechanical is called back out on Monday, October 6 and the guy that came was different from the other guys. He went and got the door where the filter lays and he got the dripping to stop and they had not put a fuse on it that’s why it started leaking and didn’t cut off. So once again, I’m gonna say if you are the “Professional“ that you claim to be, why would you have not done it like it was supposed to be done the first time and why did it take 17 days to come in and finally get the job done that should’ve been done in two days? Therefore, I would never hire this company to do anything because you can’t trust their work and the length of time was unconscionable just ridiculous the amount of time wasted, and took to fix a problem that should’ve been fixed on 22 September”
