My AC was installed May of 2022, we have had recurring issues with the unit. I actually called a reputable AC company to give me an assessment of my units and to get a second opinion. In a nut shell. Terrible workmanship with the install. I’ve come to realize that the techs and owner do not have the knowledge to service their work. TAS informed me it was a plumbing issue when no other fixture in my home has any drainage issues. I’ve called multiple times to try to resolve the matter with no success.”
