“I requested they come look at my fountain. There were some intermittent lighting issues with my fountain show. They were quick to respond and timely to show up on site (next day). They quickly discovered some programming issues and provided a proposal. The cost is never inexpensive for fountains, but the quality of work was great. After figuring out the issue they inspected the fountain performance and helped me to get a budget together for approval for 2021. Thank you Jeremy, Steve, and Cole! I appreciate your customer service and high level of professionalism.”

Not only did they take over the maintenance but did design engineering and installation to resolve issues from original install contractor. “Be very cautious of this company. Had them repair a well pump. Would go weeks with no response. Gave me worst case dollar estimate to fix. I approved. They came and replaced everything in the well even if it still worked but that did not fix the problem. They added an additional charged above the worst case estimate provided. Almost two months after I first called they finally fixed the well and over bill me by 30%. They are not professional. Their business plan is to get as much money as possible.”
