“I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I received an estimate on 07/11/2025 for the installation of two chandeliers and was asked to provide a deposit of over $1,000. Despite paying the deposit, the company never once came prepared with the necessary equipment (a man lift) to complete the job. Over the next two months, they repeatedly cancelled appointments, often citing lack of equipment. Communication was extremely poor — my calls were frequently ignored, and updates were not provided. On multiple occasions, they even requested additional money beyond the original estimate and deposit, despite never having completed any work. Ultimately, after more than two months of delays and unfulfilled promises, the company cancelled the job entirely. Another electrician familiar with the staff of Mr. Electric McKinney (such as Jamie and Rusty who say they have worked for Mr. Electric McKinney for many years) had warned me in advance that the project would likely never be completed by the Mr. Electric staff, which unfortunately proved to be true.
