“I purposely delayed writing this review for as long as I did because I am posting this review. The reason is because I really wanted to be of sound logical mind without any of the initial negative angry emotions that I experienced dilute my statement regarding this particular business and their employee’s disrespectful actions at my apartment on the day in question. On August 26th of this year, my apartment property informed all of us in advance that the water in my building was going to be turned off from 8am-1pm for maintenance. This was actually the third time this occurred in the month of August, and I know this for certain because I had just moved in on August 7th. However, the biggest difference this last time was that two (2) Everflow Plumbing employees along with a contractor employed with a construction company operating as the general contractors on the property, Team North Texas (TNT), went around to all of the units in my building knocking quite aggressively loud on all of the doors in such a heavy hard beating manner that was just absolutely inappropriate and unnecessarily rude. Once they got to my apartment (studio/efficiency), they banged on my door shortly after 10am yelling “Maintenance”!!!!! When I opened the door, both Everflow Plumbing employees walked into my open-plan studio apartment with one turning off the water under the kitchen sink and the other under the bathroom sink while the Team North Texas construction contractor stood inside my doorway. They didn’t say anything other than “We’re here to turn the water off” and “We’ll be back in a couple of hours”. An hour or so later thankfully, my apartment property manager had scheduled a town hall meeting for that day, and I informed the entire property staff of what occurred a couple of hours prior to the meeting. The manager assured me that she would speak with the contractors of both companies after the meeting. Later that afternoon, the promised “couple of hours later” turned into 6.25 hours later (4:20pm) which made me late for work because I couldn’t use any water to take a shower or brush my teeth in preparation to head out to work that evening. When they finally did arrive back to my apartment, I of course heard them making their way to my apartment in the same manner as they did earlier that morning. So, I quickly opened the door before they could even knock and they looked at me saying “Heeeeeyyy, alright; we like that”!! Once again, both of the Everflow Plumbing employees walked into my open-plan studio apartment with one turning back on the water under the kitchen sink and the other turning back on the water under the bathroom sink while the Team North Texas construction contractor stood inside my doorway. When I asked them all why they came back so late in the day instead of the time that they gave me earlier and that I was late for work waiting on them, one of them actually said as they left out my door, “Oh Well”. Before there is any dispute about the validity of my statement in this review, please keep in mind that my apartment property is saturated with security cameras all over the property and two of them alone happen to be literally right in front of my door which is why I gave the exact date and times. The fact that you didn’t nor felt that I deserved a proper explanation as to why your tardiness to turn the water back on caused my tardiness to work that evening came across as a calloused lack of respect on your part for me and the rest of my neighbors in our building on apartment property (1st Peter 2:17 NIV). Please do not step into my apartment without being properly escorted by actual property staff. Otherwise, you are not welcome into my apartment and I will upload my own home video footage to my YouTube channel if you do come back without being properly escorted again. The reason as to why this review is so long is because if this has occurred by another person reading this or will occur after they read this review for either company, they can rest assured that they are not alone.”
