Act Electric Inc

Act Electric Inc is the electrician crew based in Mesa, AZ. They take on residential and commercial electrical work throughout the greater Phoenix Metro, including Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, and nearby towns. Their focus stays on licensed, bonded jobs done at fair prices for homes and businesses that need reliable power setups in a region where summer heat puts extra load on systems. They deal with the kind of electrical demands that come from desert living, like keeping air conditioners and outdoor lights working through the dry spells and monsoon seasons that hit the area hard.

They handle residential electrical installation, repairs, and upgrades along with troubleshooting and remodeling projects. Crews manage lighting wiring, whole house surge protectors, attic fan installs, and hot tub wiring when homeowners add those features. New home wiring and electrical retrofitting come up often, as do landscape and security lighting plus home generators for backup during outages. Commercial spots in the same towns get the same attention for panel work and inspections that keep everything up to code without dragging out the timeline.

Homeowners in Mesa and around the valley keep calling them back because the work holds up under heavy use and the crews show up when promised without padding the bill. Fast responses to emergency calls stand out, along with clear explanations on what needs fixing and straight talk on costs that match the quality of the finished job. That record adds up across hundreds of jobs in the books. DIRT Score 4.66 from 278 reviews on Finds.
