Don called and came out to diagnose and identified that a small leak caused a short in our existing 50gal water heater. Don was able to quickly identify the issue and provided us multiple replacement options. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. We decided to upsize the unit to a light commercial grade 80gal unit based on our usage and Don was able to procure and install the brand new unit 2 days later at the pricing and discounts we discussed. “We're in subrogation with our insurance with a claim against for a bad install/maintenance on our HVAC and the condensation line. They came to our home for this normal maintenance at the very start of July and poor maintenance occured. And they even stated on the invoice, which we refused to sign, that the condensation line was working well, as was the restof our system. Well then 3 weeks later it was apparent that leaked into our home causing thousands of dollars worth of damages and found to be from the faulty install and maintenance of the condensation line.
