PLANET GEEK LLC

Planet Geek LLC operates as electricians out of Mesa, Texas. They handle electrical work for homes and commercial buildings across the region, with a focus on wiring and system setups that support everyday needs in a hot desert climate. The company takes on jobs that involve running power to different areas and making sure circuits hold up under heavy use from air conditioning and outdoor equipment. Local homeowners often call on them when dealing with aging panels or adding capacity for new appliances, since Mesa summers push electrical loads hard. Their approach stays practical, based on what the job requires without extra complications.

These electricians install interior and landscape lighting, wire home theater setups, connect security cameras, and handle networking for WiFi coverage throughout a property. They also set up motorized shades, permanent holiday lights, and audio systems by pulling the necessary cables and tying everything into the main panel. For commercial work they run structured cabling and video walls while keeping access control powered. In Mesa the dry heat and dust mean connections need solid protection, so crews check loads and use weather-rated materials on outdoor jobs. They start with a site visit to map out the existing wiring before any changes get made, then test each circuit once finished.

Customers in Mesa keep coming back because the crews show up on time, explain the electrical fixes in plain terms, and stick to quoted prices without surprises. Quality shows in how long the work lasts through monsoon season and high temperatures, while communication stays clear from first call to final walkthrough. Speed matters when a panel fails in the middle of summer, and these electricians get systems running again without dragging things out. DIRT Score 4.76 from 198 reviews on Finds.

“I’ve used Planet Geek on 2 separate projects and I would say 5 out of 5 on both occasions. Highly recommend!”

“Adam and his team provided us with a fantastic experience. Planet Geek partnered with our designer to take down and carefully pack our 86" TV in prep for a custom cabinet we had installed. He later returned to unpack and place the TV along with our Sonus and entertainment center equipment. CLEAN INSTALL! Everything was wired perfectly within the cabinet and within our 'network panel' and he didn't leave until everything was properly configured/calibrated. Could not have asked for a more professional team. Great attention to detail and a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend his company and I look forward to doing business with them again very soon.”
