They checked the whole house made a list, then we made a plan to get it all done. “We contacted 5th Generation Electric because of a recurring electrical problem in our home. After some online research we chose 3 businesses to contact. Two of the companies did not answer their phone. Kendra Nichols, office manager answered the phone and was very helpful. Ultimately we made an appointment for the next day. Xavier Baker, service technician was exceptionally professional in manner and appearance. He listened to our concerns and explained the diagnostic protocol and cost. Xavier was able to evaluate our wiring and equipment, perform the necessary repair, tighten some loose connections and answer all our questions. He provided a written estimate for some suggested updates. It was very reassuring to have a complete electrical assessment and explanation.”
