“If under 'What Services Did They Perform' the option 'Perform Miracles' was available I would have selected it. We ordered a Buffet Table from an online retailer that I will not mention (because typically they are awesome), but this was a piece of junk. The pieces didn't align, the instructions didn't make sense and did I mention the piece with the freakin whole in it! (poorly worded sentence structure I know, but stay with me) Sherman got on the phone with me and the person from said online retailer and helped me get a full refund on the whole item. The best part of all this was that he was able to MacGyver his way through the project and complete the table. The whole is completely hidden and he made an absolutely fantastic end product. This is not your average handyman folks!”

“This service is cheap for a reason! (Hint: you pay for it by rude customer service followed by lashing out because I wanted to get multiple quotes before using his service.) He shamed me and sent passive aggressive texts for getting multiple quotes. He also kept saying he would "look at his calendar", followed by not replying. Then when he scheduled a time to come by on short-notice (one hour in advance), he was a no show. This required me moving a lot of stuff around the garage, (which he knew had to be done) which required me moving it back in which was a pain. (I suspect he intentionally wanted to do this to me because he was mad at me for doing my due diligence as a customer to make sure I am frugal with my money.) Long story short, If you want his quote, make sure to reach out to every possible handyman BEFORE talking to this service or you risk having my same experience. If he gets even slightly annoyed, you run the risk of having my same experience.”
